Features of Clixxo IPX V20 Android SIP Phone
Generic Features: The IPX V20 supports 20 SIP lines and features HD voice and video capabilities. It is PoE enabled and boasts a 7-inch (1024×600) color touchscreen. Users can switch between handset, hands-free, and headset modes. The phone also includes intelligent DSS keys (virtual buttons) and offers an optional external power supply.
Phone Features: The device includes a local phonebook with a capacity of 2000 entries and supports remote phonebooks via XML/LDAP with the same capacity. Users can intelligently search for contacts and call logs, with the ability to store up to 1000 entries for call logs (in/out/missed). The phone supports call forwarding (always/busy/no answer), call transfer (attended/unattended), call parking/pick-up (depending on the server), redialing. It also has privacy features like do-not-disturb, auto-answering, voice messaging (on a server), 3-way audio conferences, hotline/warmline, direct IP calling, hotdesking, and BLF etc.
Video Features: The IPX V20 supports video decoding with H.264 and offers video call resolutions of QVGA, CIF, VGA, 4CIF, 720P, and 1080P. It supports various image formats (JPEG, PNG, BMP) and video format MP4. Users can select bandwidth between 64kbps and 4Mbps and frame rates between 5 and 30fps. Videos from remote sites can be displayed in full screen. The embedded camera is a 2-megapixel unit with flexible placement and angle adjustment, and it supports video preview.
Audio Features: The IPX V20 features HD voice microphone/speaker capabilities for the handset and hands-free modes with a frequency response of 0 ~ 7KHz. It includes wideband ADC/DAC 16KHz sampling and supports narrowband codecs (G.711a/u, G.729AB, iLBC) and wideband codecs (G.722, Opus). The phone also features a full-duplex acoustic echo canceller (AEC), noise reduction (NR), packet loss concealment (PLC), dynamic adaptive jitter buffer, and supports DTMF in-band and out-of-band (DTMF-Relay RFC2833 / SIP INFO).
Network Features: The IPX V20 has a physical 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet connection with dual bridged ports for PC bypass. It supports IPv4 and offers static/DHCP IP configuration. Network access control is provided via 802.1x, and the phone supports VPN (OpenVPN, requires third-party app support), VLAN, LLDP, CDP, and QoS.
Call Features: Users can make, answer, and reject calls, mute/unmute the microphone, hold/resume calls, and manage call waiting. Other features include intercom, caller ID, speed dial, anonymous call (hide caller ID), RTP/RTCP/SRTP, RTSP, STUN, DHCP, CDP, LLDP, 802.1x, OpenVPN (requires third-party app support), SNTP, FTP/TFTP, HTTP/HTTPS, and TR-069.
Deployment & Management: The IPX V20 supports auto-provisioning via FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS/DHCP OPT66/SIP PNP/TR-069. It is compatible with third-party communication apps, supports web interfaces, and allows encrypted configuration file downloads with AES. The phone also supports web upgrades and factory reset data.
Physical Specifications: The IPX V20 is black and features a 7-inch (1024×600) color touchscreen with IPS technology. The keypad includes five keys (home, return, hands-free, and two volume control keys). The package includes an HD handset (RJ9), a standard RJ9 handset wire, a 1.5M CAT5 Ethernet cable, and a back rack. It has two RJ9 ports (handset, headset), two RJ45 ports (network, PC – bridged to network), one HDMI port (type A), one USB 2.0 port (standard A, connects with flash drive), and one TF card interface (128G). The phone can be powered by 5V/2A or PoE Class 3, with power consumption ranging from 3.11 to 10.76W (PoE) and 2.38 to 8.4W (adapter). It operates within a temperature range of 0 to 45℃ and a humidity range of 10 to 95%. The IPX V20 can be installed on a desktop or wall-mounted.
