In case of network or SIP server issues, the gateways can still handle calls through SIP server call survival and the built-in router function.

Features like VPN, call recording options (both locally and remotely), and access to call details (CDR) ensure clear communication and easy management. They even allow for SIP Trunk connection and come with an IVR manager for handling incoming calls.
For even greater flexibility, Neron NXG gateways include a built-in WebSocket API. This allows you to easily integrate them with existing CRM systems or even develop your own custom interface for monitoring and managing your calls.
